Popular Demand 1 Year Anniversary Event [Recap]

Last month, Los Angeles clothing/fashion brand Popular Demand celebrated their 1 year anniversary, and held a party at the Playhouse Nightclub.

Relive Popular Demand’s 1 Year Anniversary Event in this video shot by long time collaborator, Calvin Williams. The event took place on Wednesday, February 13 at Playhouse Nightclub. With a line down the block, the club quickly filled up with Popular Demand fans and supporters. Dre Sinatra kicked off the night playing hits as people donning the brand’s designs poured into the nightclub. Hip-hop’s hottest producer in the game DJ Mustard took over the ones and twos, playing his famous hits, and by the time world-famous DJ Skee took over the turntables, Playhouse was at capacity leaving a line wrapped around the building.

Legendary hip-hop heavyweight Don Cannon headlined the night, shouting out surprise guests Chris Brown and Rihanna as they arrived. Each had their own sections to pop bottles with their crews, and it wasn’t long before Chris was shirtless, dancing on a couch to Cannon’s set. Cannon had energy at a high in the club, entertaining other special guests like DeRay Davis, YG, James Fauntleroy, Freddie Gibbs, Clyde Carson, Sanaa Lathan, Timothy DeLaGhetto, Oakland Raiders’ Darrius Heyward-Bey, Seattle Seahawks’ Sidney Rice, Los Angeles Lakers’ Devin Ebanks, Oakland Raiders’ Jacoby Ford and many more.
