Tinashe has struggled with getting her upcoming sophomore album, ‘Joyride’ on streaming services and shelves. She has already released three singles from the double album with “Superlove”, “Company”, and the Young Thug-assisted “Party Favors”. Today, she announces that this week she will be releasing a new single from the album titled, “Flame”.
Taking to Instagram to announce the new song to her 1.8 million followers. See the Instagram post revealing the cover art to the upcoming single below.
Tinashe’s album was originally scheduled to be released last year; however, the singer put her touring on hold and scrapped her whole project and started recording new material. Her album continues to be delayed as singles sink to the bottom of the charts, eventually fading from fans radar.
Joyride is slated to feature collaborations from The Dream, who co-wrote Tinashe’s “Superlove”. Tinashe recently appeared on Britney Spears’ single “Slumber Party.”
“Flame” is scheduled to hit the world on March 16th.
