Wondaland Comes West with Janelle Monáe

The FADER recently paired up with Sonos to announce a 3-part series, documenting and capturing intimate footage of Janelle Monae, Roman Gianarthur, and Deep Cotton of the Wondaland Artists Society in the days leading up to The GRAMMY’s,This documentary series is titled “Wondaland Comes West”, and is a behind the scenes look documenting the trio’s trip from Atlanta to performances in Los Angeles at the Sonos Studio, where Janelle completely transformed the venue to look like a replica of the collective’s home. This footage goes beyond live performances and takes the audience through a 3-part journey, with a rare look inside the Wondaland House & Studio, including rehearsal footage and interviews with the group.
